Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Arizona, I moved to the Bay Area in 2012 for school and have lived in San Francisco ever since.
In college, I had a summer job creating short videos for a real estate firm. I was instantly intrigued by the industry and knew I wanted to learn more. Flash forward to starting my first day at Capital Pacific and I knew I had found my right path. The process of selling each property is so creative, comprehensive, and engaging that it makes coming into work every day exciting and challenging. There’s always something new around the corner, keeping me on my toes and always interested.
What’s the best thing about working at Capital Pacific? / What’s different about Capital Pacific?
Capital Pacific has a fun, efficient and dynamic work culture that motivates you to do your best. The team is so genuine and competent that you really feel like your work, time and energy is valued. Coming into work every day I know that the team relies on me, and I on them. The talented group that make up Capital Pacific make it an incredibly stimulating and successful workplace.
What do you do to recharge your batteries outside of the office
Outside of the office I recharge my batteries by taking time to be mindful every day – whether that be through yoga, meditation, or journaling. I also try to spend as much time as I can outdoors and stay active whenever I can. On the weekend I’ll be lounging at the beach, reading at the park, or hiking one of the many mountains around the Bay Area. Whenever I can, I love to travel and explore new places, learn about a country’s history and immerse myself in new cultures.
Where is your favorite place in the world?
Throughout my life I have been lucky enough to travel to over 40 countries. While all hold a special place in my heart, my favorite place in the world is Bali. Indonesia as a whole has an incredibly rich history and culture, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, and world renowned scuba diving, all of which made my time there unforgettable.
