Throughout my life I have always been passionate about teamwork. Whether it was on the baseball or football field growing up in Sacramento, or working late nights on countless team projects while studying at U.C. Berkeley.

Collaborating with my colleagues here at Capital Pacific, I have always received immense satisfaction from working together with others to accomplish a goal.

Bringing success to clients in a real estate transaction hinges on effective teamwork, and I am fortunate to have been immersed in Capital Pacific’s collaborative business model from the beginning of my career.

I have worked with the Managing Partners Chris Kostanecki, Zeb Ripple, and Chris Peters on over 125 transactions totaling $540 million, which has given me a strong skill set in all facets of commercial real estate, including underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence review, marketing, and transaction management.

As a Partner within our team, I enjoy using my broad experience to guide clients through the nuances of every type of real estate transaction: from smaller single tenant deals to large and complex multi-tenant projects.

The youngest of four kids, I grew up listening to my dad talk about commercial real estate at the dinner table and knew from a young age that I wanted to pursue a career in the industry.

I now live in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco and in my free time I am a die-hard San Francisco Giants and Cal football fan and enjoy getting out on the golf course as much as possible.

What did you do before you got into real estate, and how does that influence your approach?

I graduated from UC Berkeley, and started as a junior assistant and over the last 5 years I have taken on more responsibilities. Today, I continue to support Chris Kostanecki and Zeb in deals, and I also have my own clients. My goal is to build relationships with my clients based on trust and integrity.

How do you approach client relationships?

My main goal is to build trust with my clients by being completely honest and transparent with them. I also always want to make sure that they make the right decisions based on their goals. My goal is to partner with my clients and customize my approach based on their needs. In some cases, they need me to help them understand the market, and I play a role in educating them. If they know the market really well, I can help them find and close the deal. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves, and I’m willing to go the extra mile to make sure the deal gets done and done right, even if that entails long days.

What do you do to recharge your batteries outside of the office?

I’m an avid sports enthusiast and a die-hard Giants and Cal football fan! In my spare time, I golf and flyfish. I spend long days at my desk, sometimes I’m in the office from 6am- 10pm, so I make sure I get outside on the weekend to get fresh air and unwind, so I can ready for when Monday rolls around.
