If we earn the right to represent you in the sale of a property, here is what you can expect from us throughout the sales cycle.

Marketing Phase

  1. We will collect all of the information we need to complete an exceptional marketing package, which we will send to you for your review.
  2. Once the package has been reviewed, we will market your property to a targeted group of qualified investors. For an overview of our marketing channels and philosophy, click here.

We’d be happy to provide you with a report on our marketing activity at any point during the sales cycle.

Negotiation Phase

As we receive credible offers, you will be notified by the Lead Broker or Escrow Director and advised about the viability of each offer submitted.

Escrow Phase

When the deal moves into Escrow, it will be managed almost entirely by our Escrow Directors, who will handle critical dates and ensure a seamless transaction. If applicable, you will receive access instructions for Escrowire, our virtual “war room,” where all documents related to the escrow can be accessed. Materials are available 24/7 and are password protected.
