Tom Lombard
Escrow Manager
Tom Lombard joined Capital Pacific in December of 2007. His commercial real estate background in Research and Technology brings a unique skill set to the Escrow Services Team at Capital Pacific. Besides escrow services, Tom’s responsibilities include creating marketing packages for new listings, fulfilling research requests and monitoring trends in the commercial real estate market.
Prior to joining Capital Pacific, Tom worked as a Research Analyst for Colliers International in Walnut Creek CA. He also worked in the office of IT Support Services for Colliers International Corporate Headquarters in San Jose CA.
Tom graduated from Western New England College – Springfield Massachusetts in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts and Business Administration and a concentration in Computer Information Systems. Also a Marine, Tom served from 1994-2001 as a reservist with the 6Th Motor Transport Battalion - Bravo Company in New Haven, Connecticut. Tom’s organizational skills, attention to detail, and character are all traits he confesses to having learned while serving his country in the Marine Corps. He currently resides in San Francisco California with his fiancée Jennifer.
