Originally hired to provide escrow support for Capital Pacific in 2003, Peter Stein served as the Director of Research for the California retail properties market in 2004. The knowledge and data he compiled for the aggressive California market has been a tremendous asset for his work as a leased investment salesman both in the San Francisco North Bay and national arenas.

A San Francisco native, Peter graduated from Hamilton College in 1996, where he earned a B.A. in English Literature and Mandarin Chinese. After spending several years gaining experience in financial and legal settings, he earned a law degree and a masters degree from Vermont Law in 2002, where his studies were focused on land use. After graduating, he returned to the Bay Area to pursue a career in investment real estate with the San Francisco team.
