Zandy Smith started his real estate career at Capital Pacific in October of 2005. His exposure to numerous aspects of the industry, including sales, marketing, valuation, and escrow, ensures that he is able to provide excellent service to clients. Zandy brings to the position strong sales skills, having worked for the advertising sales team at WCBS Television and most recently as an assistant broker on a municipal bond desk.

Originally from New York, Zandy graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY with a liberal arts degree. Zandy moved to San Francisco in 2002 and currently lives in the Presidio Park.
