Scott Frank joined Capital Pacific in 1999 as Director of Research and Marketing Support. Since becoming a full time broker in 2001, Scott has closed over 150 transactions totaling more than $600,000,000. Scott specializes in multi-tenant retail centers and NNN properties in the Western US.
Prior to joining Capital Pacific, Scott worked as a property manager for Wyse Investment Services Company, where he managed retail, industrial and office properties. He also worked on the acquisition of several investment properties.
Scott graduated from Oregon State University ('98) with a BS in Economics. He is currently licensed in Oregon and Washington. Scott resides in the Pearl District with his wife Kasie and their daughter Sienna.
