Zeb is one of the founders of Capital Pacific, San Francisco. He has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 1998 and specializes in the Retail and Single Tenant sectors nationwide. Over the past 7 years he has been involved with closing over $1 billion in sales on over 250 separate transactions. Zeb's ability to understand each client's needs and exceed their expectations has resulted in a strong track record of Institutional, Merchant Builder and Private Equity business.

Zeb spent seven years as an Agent with Marcus & Millichap. He was promoted to Director of the National Retail Group in 2003 and was a Senior Associate of the firm. He was named Rookie of the Year in 1999, and because of his annual sales levels from 2002-2004, Zeb received three consecutive National Achievement Awards from Marcus & Millichap.

Zeb is an East Coast native who graduated from Hamilton College in 1996 with a B.A. in Public Policy. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
