Peter Stein has been with the Capital Pacific team since November of 2003. Originally hired to provide administrative and escrow support, he served as the Director of Research for the California retail properties market in 2004. The knowledge and data he compiled for the California market will be a tremendous asset for his work as an associate salesman.
A San Francisco native, Peter graduated from Hamilton College in 1996, where he earned a B.A. in English Literature and Mandarin Chinese. After spending several years gaining experience in financial and legal settings, he earned a Law degree and a Masters degree from Vermont Law in 2002, where his studies were focused on land use issues. After graduating, he returned to the Bay Area to pursue a career in investment real estate with the San Francisco team.
