Erica L. Nordquist joined Capital Pacific as a licensed salesperson in 1998 and is responsible for the management of all aspects of the escrow and due diligence process. She brings several years of commercial real estate experience and an extensive background in professional organizational management to the company. This broad based experience as well as her attention to detail and thoroughness ensures the most efficient escrow process for our clientele.

Prior to joining Capital Pacific, Erica worked as a sales assistant for Michael J. Horwitz, one of the principals of Capital Pacific. Erica has managed over $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout the Pacific Northwest. As Escrow Director, Erica has developed the systems, processes and the relationships to ensure the most positive escrow experience for our clientele.

A graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle with a Bachelor of Science degree, she lives in Tigard, Oregon with her husband Greg Gortmaker.
