Megan Wallachy joined Capital Pacific in 2010 and is responsible for managing the escrow and due diligence process. She brings over five years of commercial real estate experience and an extensive organizational background to the team. Megan’s transaction experience combined with her attention to detail and thoroughness ensures the most efficient escrow process for our clientele.
Prior to joining Capital Pacific, Megan worked as an Escrow Director for Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group. Megan has managed over 100 closings on both local and national deals in the past several years. This professional experience has given Megan the essential client relationship skills needed to add value to the Capital Pacific Team.
Megan is a Portland native and lives in the Mt. Scott area with her boyfriend Cain. Outside of managing escrow, Megan is an avid swimmer, cook and football fanatic.
