Chris is the founder of Capital Pacific, San Francisco. He has been recognized nationally as one of the top brokers of retail properties and has amassed an impressive track record of property sales valued at over $2 billion dollars on 450 separate retail transactions.

Chris spent the past 14 years associated with Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco. He was a Senior Director of the National Retail Group, a Vice President of the firm, and consistently one of the Top Ten producers nationally for Marcus & Millichap, a firm that has over 700 agents.
