John Andreini

John initially began his career working in the telecommunications business during the dot-com heyday in sales and contract negotiations at Pacific Gateway Exchange, a publicly traded company. Subsequent to that he worked at Altshuler Berzon, LLP, a San Francisco based law firm. In 2003, he joined Arroyo & Coates where he managed a portfolio of shopping centers and apartment buildings throughout the Western United States. From there, he became an Associate of the National Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco, which was the number two office in the country, with $1 Billion in annual sales. At Capital Pacific, he continues to specialize in representing private investors and corporations in the disposition and acquisition of single and multi-tenant retail from coast to coast.
John graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. He is an avid traveler who has journeyed extensively throughout Africa, Europe, and Brazil.
