Joseph has become a recognized market leader in the brokerage of net lease properties throughout the United States. During his career, Joseph has cultivated a broad network of relationships among developers and institutions, as well as private investors in the region.
Prior to joining Capital Pacific in 2010, Joseph was the Vice President of the National Retail Group with Marcus & Millichap's Portland, Oregon office. Joseph's expertise and understanding of the capital markets, underwriting, and investor demand of the continually changing net lease market help to set him apart from other brokers.
Joseph currently resides in West Linn with his wife Laura, son Mason, and dog Jack.
