Gregg Steele has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate, construction and commercial development industries. As Vice President for a publicly traded retail chain, he managed all development projects and executed a multi-state expansion program, including site selection, leasing and acquisitions.
Gregg went on to form an independent commercial real estate development company that specialized in shopping center development in Northern California.
Gregg brings both an impressive track record and a wealth of knowledge and experience to Capital Pacific. He joined the team in May 2010, and will be working on single tenant and shopping center transactions as well as sourcing value added opportunities for his clients. Gregg intends to use his experience as a retail tenant and as a buyer and seller of shopping centers to provide advice for clients on both the buy side and sale side of the transaction. A long time member of ICSC, Gregg has extensive relationships with developers, brokers and retailers throughout the United States.
A graduate of the University of Texas, Gregg now resides in Marin County, California.
