Gavin has established a national presence through his extensive experience with sales lease-back transactions and multi-tenant assets, affording him the opportunity to work with institutional and private investors as well as developers throughout the nation.
Prior to joining Capital Pacific in 2010, Gavin was an Associate Director of the National Retail Group and Net Leased Property Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Portland, Oregon office. Having a thorough understanding of the marketplace and capital markets, combined with transactional experience and access to real-time data, has given Gavin the adaptability to stay ahead of the market and offer a service superior to that of his competitors.
Gavin graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in psychology and minor in journalism. He currently resides in Boise, Idaho with his wife Carrie, daughter Branham and son Pledger.
