Steve Forseth joined Capital Pacific, LLC in 2006 as a Sales Associate. Steve brings with him over seven years of commercial real estate finance experience. Steve has worked on numerous real estate transactions including all property types.

Prior to joining Capital Pacific, Steve was loan producer at Intervest Mortgage in Portland. In 2005, Steve was the Top Producer in the Portland office having closed $85 million in construction and permanent financing. Prior to Intervest, Steve began his real estate career in Southern California underwriting conduit loans for Finova Realty Capital in Irvine. Steve also worked as a financial analyst specializing in life company loans for Dwyer-Curlett & Co. in Newport Beach. Steve is licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

Steve graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He lives in Southwest Portland with his wife Piper and daughters Lexi and Skye.
