Holley J. Donaca joined Capital Pacific in February of 2005 as an Escrow Manager for Sean Mack and Scott Frank.

Prior to joining Capital Pacific LLC, Holley was a key component of the sale leaseback program for Kinder Care Learning Centers, Inc. resulting in sales over $210 million. With over five years of commercial real estate experience, Holley is accustomed to the fast-paced environment. She has experience in all aspects of the industry including: marketing, analysis, sales and escrow.

Raised in southwestern Louisiana, Holley now resides in Salmon Creek, WA with her husband Jeff and two boys, Landon and Keegan.
