Dave joined the Capital Pacific team in December 2008. He began his career in 1999 in the financial sector, working in Private Wealth Management at the San Francisco office of Morgan Stanley & Co where he was Series 7 registered. Once he discovered his passion for investment real estate, Dave joined the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap in 2002. In 2005, he helped found the company’s Oakland office and served as Senior Associate of the National Retail Group. Dave was recognized as the top retail producer for the Oakland office of Marcus & Millichap and received three consecutive annual sales achievement awards.
At Capital Pacific, Dave represents clients in the disposition of single and multi-tenant retail throughout the Western US and has extensive experience in representing both companies and investors in the acquisition of retail assets throughout the country.
A California native, Dave grew up in Pacific Grove on the Monterey Peninsula. He graduated from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an Honors Concentration in Finance. Dave lived abroad in Dublin, Ireland during college and travels back there frequently. He currently lives in Russian Hill in San Francisco and loves cooking, surfing, music, and California history. Each year, David and his family can the Lucas Family Salsa, which has won multiple awards throughout California.
