Chris is the founder of Capital Pacific, San Francisco. He has been recognized as one of the top brokers of retail properties in the US, and has amassed a personal track record of property sales valued at over $3 billion dollars on over 600 separate retail transactions.
Before founding Capital Pacific, Chris spent 14 years associated with Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco. He was a Senior Director of the National Retail Group, a Vice President, and consistently one of the Top Ten producers nationally for Marcus & Millichap, a firm of over 700 agents.

Chris is an East Coast native who graduated from the University of Vermont in 1986. He lives in Ross, CA with his wife and their two children.
