Chris is the founder of Capital Pacific, San Francisco. He has been recognized nationally as one of the top brokers of retail properties and has amassed an impressive track record of property sales valued at over $2 billion dollars on 450 separate retail transactions.
Chris spent the past 14 years associated with Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco. He was a Senior Director of the National Retail Group, a Vice President of the firm, and consistently one of the Top Ten producers nationally for Marcus & Millichap, a firm that has over 700 agents.
Chris Kostanecki’s level of repeat business with his clients is a testament to the value he brings to the transaction. He has created relationships with national companies that utilize his services to be the turn key solution to their firms’ dispositions. Chris is an East Coast native who graduated in 1986 with a liberal arts degree from the University of Vermont. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
