Benjamin Ng, a licensed California real estate broker, joined Capital Pacific in March of 2004 as Director of Escrow Services. His broad experience, organizational skills, and attention to detail provide to each of our clients a smooth and efficient escrow transaction from beginning to close. Benjamin's responsibilities also include creating marketing packages for new listings and managing our comparable sales database.

Prior to joining Capital Pacific, Benjamin worked as an escrow coordinator for a real estate investment company out of Sacramento, California. Benjamin's background also includes working as an investment assistant at Morgan Stanley, as well as the California Department of Transportation as a financial assistant.

Benjamin graduated from the University of California - Davis in 2003 with a B.S. in Managerial Economics and a minor in Psychology. He currently resides in San Francisco, California.
