Escrow Manager & Analyst
Andrea Machiorletti joined Capital Pacific as a licensed salesperson in 2010 and is responsible for managing the escrow, due diligence and underwriting process. She brings several years of commercial real estate and property management experience to the company. This broad based experience as well as her attention to detail and thoroughness ensures the most efficient escrow process for our clientele.
Prior to joining Capital Pacific, Andrea worked as a licensed salesperson in Colorado and more recently in property management, for NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson. She brings over five years of real estate experience and has worked with a variety of real estate portfolios including office, industrial and retail properties.
A graduate of the University of Colorado – Boulder and a Colorado transplant, Andrea enjoys cooking, volleyball, reading and foreign travel. She lives in Beaverton with her boyfriend Tony.
