Alisha H. Runckel
Marketing Director
Alisha joined Capital Pacific in 2009 as the Marketing Director for the Portland, Oregon office. She brings to the team a diverse background in real estate development, marketing, graphic design and administration.
Prior to joining Capital Pacific, Alisha worked as a freelance marketing consultant for a number of finance companies throughout the Northwest.
Alisha holds a BS in Marketing with a focus in New Product Development from Portland State University. Prior to attending PSU, Alisha spent one year at the Art Institute of Portland, where she attended courses for design management. She is a passionate skier, dog lover, and football fanatic. Currently, Alisha lives in the Westmoreland neighborhood of southeast Portland with her husband, Blake, and their two dogs, Zeus and Lucy.
