Kevin Adatto joined Capital Pacific LLC in 2005 as a Sales Associate specializing in retail, industrial and office properties. He brings with him seven years of investment experience and has directly participated in transactions in excess of $460 million dollars, representing both private market and institutional clients.

Prior to joining Capital Pacific LLC, Kevin was a Senior Associate with CB Richard Ellis in Portland,Oregon. In 2003 Kevin was recognized by the Commercial Association of Realtors as the Portland Metropolitan Rookie of the Year.

Kevin graduated from the University of Oregon with Bachelor of Science in Economics. He currently lives in Portland with his wife, Virginia and daughter, Harper.
