We don’t like to wait. That’s why we developed Escrowire, a virtual “deal room” that provides 24/7 access to all due diligence material via our secure webserver. Escrowire makes it possible for clients to download "on demand" offering memorandums, basic property info, and due diligence during escrow. Escrowire is secure, and password protected. The technology is intuitive, and puts all materials at our clients’ fingertips within a few clicks. (We know you don’t like to wait either.)
