Our passion is delivering value to our clients. When we founded Capital Pacific 10 years ago, the market was undergoing a fundamental shift: capital was becoming migratory, and the internet was devaluing the business model of the traditional brokerage firms. In this environment, we saw an incredible opportunity to establish a firm that works cooperatively, embraces technology, uncovers the hidden buyer and maximizes on cap rate arbitrage.

When you focus on a specific target, you get to know that target well. At Capital Pacific, our nationwide focus is centered on commercial investment real estate in the $1-$30 million range. It's a target we are firmly zeroed in on. Period.

Early on, we pinpointed the kind of firm we wanted to be. Fast, agile and powerful. Our volume per producer is exceptionally high. Why? It's simple: we work together. We share leads, contacts and information, (synergy pays off). We also coordinate our work through self-organized teams that change for each assignment. Bottom line? Faster sales, efficient service and higher returns.
We know whom to target
One of our strengths is identifying the private capital investor who is "invisible" to other brokerage firms. This investor is often willing to pay a higher price for assets, which allows us to shape the market rather than accept consensus pricing. We leverage extensive relationship network, and have dedicated team members who are constantly uncovering potential buyers, especially tax motivated 1031 exchange buyers.
