June 2002 - Capital Pacific represented Federal Realty Investment Trust in the disposition of the Uptown Shopping Center and Apartments, Portland, OR. Uptown is a mixed-use project located along W Burnside and NW 23rd Ave, which included 71,000 of retail, 47 units of apartments, and a 50,000 square foot developable pad.
