When Capital Pacific was awarded the listing of Timberland Town Center, we knew we wanted to create something unique for this best-in-class, 90,982 square foot, grocery-anchored shopping center. Pulling from the shared insights of our team, we created an offering that highlighted Timberland’s experiential nature that has driven a wide customer draw that speaks to the evolution of retail. A non-seasoned and local grocery operator can be a deterrent to the investment community, but given Capital Pacific’s tenant relationships, we developed a compelling story and ultimately awarded the deal to an institutional investor that had not been an active retail buyer in the NW.

Focusing on this retail synergy was important, as the center is part of, and services, the Timberland Master Planned Community and dense bedroom community of Beaverton.

Housing in Beaverton has seen significant growth and has recently been recognized as number one in home sales for Portland Metro. Emphasizing the dense residential population and affluent demographics was crucial in telling the full story of the Property.

Class A Quality Construction

To showcase Timberland Town Center’s Class A construction, capturing editorial quality photography and video was essential. We used the artistic professional images to create a custom and more photographic Executive Summary. In addition to the tailored Executive Summary, the marketing department built a dedicated website featuring a video of the Property to further drive home the spectacular construction of Timberland Town Center.
