For me, it’s not about the deal……it’s about the relationship.  I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, so my network of friends, family, and colleagues has developed over a period spanning decades.  I have infused this view of the world into my enterprise by creating those same bonds with my clients.

Over the past several years, this approach has transformed into a network of relationships with some of the most active players in the real estate industry.  Connecting clients is how I advance their respective agendas.  These lifelong clients rely on me for the success of their respective businesses and in turn, their families. That burden weights on me heavily and is what lights my fire every single day.

Hard work, intensity, creativity, and trust get results….results are what fuel my passion.  My clients know that if I say I’m going to do something that they will get results that exceed their expectations…..its that simple.

On a personal level, I love to travel and have adventured on safaris in Africa, participated in the festivities of Carnival in Rio, and sailed off the coast of Southeast Asia. These experiences inspire me, give me perspective, and keep me motivated to stay on top of my game.
