While I was waiting in my chiropractors waiting room, I had time to reflect on what got me here. Did I really need to a back flip off the boat house at our company party? Did I regret my decision?  Physically maybe.... But would I ever do it again?  Absolutely, just with a little more caution.

Embracing new experiences and learning from them is what got me to where I am today, never backing down from a challenge, learning from it and having fun along the way.  I truly enjoy what I do and look forward to the challenges and relationships I have experienced here at Capital Pacific.
