How I Embody CP[x]
Having joined Capital Pacific in 1999 I have been with Michael nearly since its inception.  In my 12 years at Capital Pacific I have been responsible for every facet of our business, including research, underwriting, escrow management, and finally into full time production.  

To me, being Fully Engaged means having a deep understanding of what this company was built on and capitalizing on our many unique lessons.  Sharing Insight on our deals often provides unique solutions to some of the most vexing issues. But it also provides some much needed relief in our busy work day. One of my favorite things to hear is when Kevin comes to my desk and says "You're not going to believe the call I just had...." The best phone call I ever made is the one I placed to Michael in 1999 begging for a chance to be part of this brand new firm called Capital Pacific. One of my roles in my previous job was to review all the offerings submitted by investment brokers. After 6 months of doing this it became very clear that all the best properties were coming from one place. And I had to be part it.

Since my start in a runner position to becoming a full time producing broker I have experienced so much.  The boom years that saw me on an airplane 38 weeks of the year to the bust years where we became consultants more than deal makers to our clients. Partnering with our guys in San Francisco to opening up the Seattle office.  I love this place. 

Away from Capital Pacific I'm all about my family. I have been blessed with 2 beautiful daughters, Sienna and Bella.  Together with my wife Kasie we spend as much time as possible in our Black Butte home. It's a great place to keep centered and recharge.
